Access

• The lounge is available when your flight departs the same day from the Schengen area and is operated and marketed by a oneworld airline.

• Finnair Business Flex, Business Classic and Business Saver* ticket holders and Finnair Plus Platinum Lumo, Platinum and Gold members are welcome to the lounge free of charge. As a Finnair Plus Platinum Lumo member, you can bring four guests. If you hold a Finnair Plus Platinum or Gold card, you can bring one guest. As a Finnair Plus Platinum Lumo, Platinum or Gold member, you can bring your children under the age of 18 with you. Guests need to travel on a flight that is operated and marketed by a oneworld airline.

• Also, oneworld Emerald and Sapphire cardholders can enjoy lounge services free of charge with one guest. The guest needs to travel on a flight that is operated and marketed by a oneworld airline.

The lounge is very spacious and clean, minimalist design elements all around. There are seats for 280 guests in the lounge with a separate working area, a relaxation area with Neurosonic chairs for rejuvenation Also, two private shower suites are available.

They serve breakfast buffet every morning until 10:30 a.m. After breakfast, will be soup and salad sometime rice and curry until 11:30 p.m. The menu rotates regularly.

2 Cathay Pacific The Wing First Class Lounge, Hong Kong airport

Location And Hours : Level 7, Terminal 1 near gates 1 to 4

Access - This luxurious lounge is reserved for those flying first class with Cathay Pacific and Cathay Dragon, as well as those with top-tier status in the Oneworld Airline Alliance, such as Qantas Platinum and Platinum One members, regardless of their class of travel.

Enjoy dining at its finest at The Haven restaurant. The menu includes a combination of Western and Asian dishes to suit every palate. Or, choose from a buffet that includes traditional Hong Kong dim sum, fine cheeses and cold cuts, Thy also have champagne bar.

3 American Airlines Flagship Lounge Miami Airport

Access : First or Business on a qualifying same-day international, transcontinental or other domestic flight marketed and operated by American, a oneworld airline or marketed by JetBlue and operated by American. Open daily from 5:30am to 11pm daily. Near gate D30.

The highlight of the American Airlines Flagship lounge is the food and beverage selection. The oversize dining area offers a very large buffet.

Alcohol is self service. But good selection.

4 British Airways Galleries First lounge at Heathrow Terminal 5

Access and Opening

• Flying on a scheduled British Airways flight in First

• a Gold Member of the British Airways Executive Club on a scheduled flight operated by British Airways or one of our oneworld partners

• an Emerald member of any of the oneworld airline frequent flyer programmes.

The lounge is open 5am-10pm daily.

The food selection used to be good. Now after post Covid the food is so basic and not much to choose from and the menu seem to be the same weekly as I travel to London frequently and I can tell.

5 United Club Lounge London Heathrow Terminal 2

Opening : From 5 AM to 6 PM daily

Access : Star Alliance first and business class passengers Star Alliance Gold members

• United Club members (including MileagePlus cardholders)

• Air Canada Maple Leaf Club Worldwide and Virgin Australia Velocity Frequent Flyer members

The food was average but my favorite was the bar with bartender. They made a very spicy cocktail. It was really good.

6 Lufthansa Business Lounge B-West (Non-Schengen) Frankfurt Airport

Location :Terminal 1 near gates B24-B28 Opening : everyday 6am to 22:00

Access : Lufthansa business class passengers, as well as business class passengers on all Star Alliance partner airlines; no guests are allowed

• Star Alliance Gold members can also use the lounge and bring a guest when flying Star Alliance the same day; however, they can also use the (theoretically better) Lufthansa Senator Lounges

• Lufthansa Miles & More Frequent Traveller members (which otherwise only equates to Star Alliance Silver); no guests are allowed.

The overall lounge vibe is warm and modern. Located at almost every lounge chair is an electrical outlet, which includes some USB-A ports.

Food and drink selection was good. Also have a bartender you can order the drink from.

7 Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

Access and Operating Hours

The SilverKris Lounge in Bangkok is located on Concourse D, level 3, opposite Gate D7. Operating hours are 6.30 a.m to 11.00 p.m daily

Access is available to passengers departing on a Singapore Airlines or Star Alliance flight in:

• First Class (+1 guest)

• Business Class

• Premium Economy or Economy Class, with Solitaire PPS Club, PPS Club, KrisFlyer Gold or Star Gold status (+1 guest)

At the entrance to the SilverKris Lounge is a beautiful backlit façade.

The food was superb no matter what time you were there. Hainanese chicken rice and Singapore Sling is a must! You can't miss it it was so good.
