Paradiso - No.1 The World's Best Bar

We arrived just a few minutes before the opening time. We queued for approximately 15 minutes, but the wait was truly worthwhile. Once inside, we were warmly welcomed and promptly seated with menus in hand. The ambiance was both distinct and refined, complemented by an array of inventive and delectable cocktails.

The service was outstanding, with the entire bar staff being not only friendly but also taking the time to guide every customer through their drink choices, fostering a delightful atmosphere for all. The drinks offered exceptional value for their quality, reflecting the dedication and passion put into their craft.

First round we got : Kryptonite -Electric and bittersweet

Evolution Negroni - Tropical, spicy, wood. Inspired by the invention of the wheel.

I'm typically not a big fan of Negroni, but this drink was quite impressive and might just be the drink that starts to change my mind about them.

Next up: Great Gatsby - Macallan whiskey, essence of lavender and smoked with vanilla and chocolate tobacco. And Copper Inspired by the Metal Age. Truffle, balsamic, wood.

We spent an hour at the place, thoroughly enjoying our drinks and the fantastic atmosphere. It's undeniably a cool spot, living up to the hype. I would recommend it, and if I have the opportunity to visit Barcelona again, I will certainly return to explore their diverse drink offerings.
